 HOW TO KEEP THE VAGINA FROM INFECTIONS

The female reproductive system is a delicate part of a female that needs proper handling, it is quite unfortunate that in an attempt to keep the vagina clean, most women end up getting infections that comes as a result of the things introduced to the vagina. Naturally the female reproductive system produces Fluid made by glands inside the vagina and cervix that carries away dead cells and bacteria thereby keeping the vagina clean. Ways of keeping the vagina from infections

  • Avoid the use of scented soap, feminine products, sprays and douches. Also avoid bubble bath. If u want to use anything to wash the vagina use a mild soap (less scented ones) or if possible avoid the use of soaps and bath shampoos.

  •   Don’t wash the vagina with hot water rather wash with lukewarm water.

  • Avoid tight underpants rather wear 100% cotton underpants, airspace ones.

  • After using the washroom wipe from the back, always keep the place dry and clean

  •   Avoid prolong wearing of underpants change regularly at least every three months.

  •    Protect yourself if you have many sexual partners, always wash yourself after sex

  •   Eat lot of fruits and natural yogurt.

    This is very informative dearie. These days a lot of guys tend to complain of vagina odour amongst ladies as a complete turn off for them and i believe if ladies adhere to the ways you've stated above, it'll enable to remedy
